Content Creator
We're looking for a creative, organized, and strategic Content Creator to join our growing team! This is a full-time employee position supporting influencer and creator clients through content strategy, email marketing, affiliate marketing, blogging, and SEO.
We're not your typical marketing agency.

- Manage content across LTK, Amazon, Walmart Creator and ShopMy
- Source products and create Canva collages
- Create engaging email newsletters with Substack and Flodesk
- Create and post engaging and conversion-driving Instagram stories
- Create and schedule engaging and conversion-driven Instagram carousels
- Support content planning and strategy alongside our Content Strategy Manager
- Assist with content calendars and project coordination
- Join client meetings, take notes, and support client communication
- Research trends and contribute fresh content ideas
- Collaborate with our remote team to bring client strategies to life
- You love content creation and influencer marketing
- You're creative, proactive, and highly organized
- You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in your work
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- You enjoy balancing strategy with execution and can manage multiple projects at once
- Understanding of affiliate marketing and how it's used by influencers on Instagram
- Ability to source products on behalf of a creator and create graphics
- Ability to create high-quality social media content
- Experience with email marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Substack, WordPress, Flodesk, LTK, and Amazon and ShopMy
- Strong ability to manage self and stay on track with deadlines
- Familiarity with ClickUp and Slack
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Available to work standard business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST)
- Must have a distraaction-free working environment
- Must have a working computer and an iPhone
