Before we begin with today’s episode, I do want to preface that this episode contains a potentially triggering conversation. We discuss recurrent miscarriage, loss, fertility, IVF, and pregnancy. However, we hope that our story brings you hope in a really dark season. But we also know it’s a very emotional time if you are going through infertility. My husband, Joshua Holmes, and I are discussing our fertility journey and how that journey made The Virtual Assistant Studio come to fruition.

On this episode, Ann Losinski, Dubsado-Certified Specialist and a client experience guru, shares her knowledge about money saving automations for your business. Ann works with businesses to map out their client workflow and implement automated systems. This helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

I’ve been thinking a lot about this term burnout lately. I feel like I hear it frequently in the online business world. The gurus warn you not to hit burnout. However, it almost feels inevitable. That’s because we’re also told that you have to hustle in the beginning. Then, through that hustle, you hit a wall. That’s when you start to prioritize what’s really important in your business. But does it really have to be that way? I say this because I feel like I hit a season of burnout. And to be honest, I wasn’t fully aware of it. So today I’m diving into my experience with burnout, how to avoid burnout, and how I reignited the fire. I’m also sharing tips on what to do if you feel like you’re in that season too!

This is a super exciting episode today because we are welcoming our first guest onto the show, Megan Ludwick. Megan is the CEO of Megan Ludwick Digital Media, and also a Virtual Assistant Studio student alumni. In her business as a content virtual assistant, Megan helps mindset coaches tap into the art of content repurposing. In this episode, we also talk about what led Megan to start her own business (her WHY) and how she balances work and motherhood.
